Visitors are encouraged to capture precious moments amidst the sunflowers and are welcome to bring along picnic lunches to relish the serenity of the surroundings.
Opening Saturday, July 25, the attraction runs daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., giving visitors plenty of time to wander, explore and snap photos among the blooms.
Two routes are available: one designed for walking and another set aside for biking and ATVs. Families can also take part in a scavenger hunt along the way.
The site offers wheelchair and stroller accessibility, making the experience easier to enjoy together. The event will also raise funds for CMHAHP, HP Centre, TSF, Wellspring, Atwood Kid’s Games, Canada Day and other community initiatives through a bright, welcoming outdoor adventure.
The venue, Kadylack Farm at 5572 Perth Line 72 in Atwood, offers wheelchair accessibility and ample free parking for the convenience of visitors. No advance tickets are required.
Admission is $10 per visitor, while children five and under enter free.
Kadylack Farm Sunflower Walk is about 30 minutes from Stratford and 45 minutes from Kitchener.
