Tim Hortons is refreshing its menu with new drink options, a familiar baked good, and a limited-time breakfast deal aimed at morning customers.

The latest additions centre on a new Chocolate Pistachio flavour, offered across both hot and cold beverages. The company says the pairing builds on drinks guests already recognize, while introducing a richer flavour profile.
Alongside the new beverages, Tim Hortons has also brought back a previously discontinued cookie that many customers have continued to ask for.
Chocolate Pistachio beverage lineup:
- Chocolate Pistachio Latte
- Chocolate Pistachio Protein Iced Latte (17 grams of protein in a medium)
- Chocolate Pistachio Cappuccino
- Chocolate Pistachio Cold Brew
- Chocolate Pistachio Iced Capp
Matthew Feaver, Head of Innovation at Tim Hortons, said the flavour combination was designed to elevate familiar drinks. He also noted that the return of the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie offers a nostalgic option for guests.
In addition to menu changes, Tim Hortons has introduced a value-focused breakfast offer. Customers can purchase a Classic Breakfast Sandwich or Classic Breakfast Wrap for $3 when paired with any size hot or cold coffee or tea.

The company has also expanded its retail lineup with new hockey-themed merchandise, available in restaurants and online. This includes a hockey squeeze water bottle and travel mug, Timbits hockey plushie, and hockey rink-inspired pet tug toy.
