From June’s Lawnya Vawnya Music Festival to August’s IronFest, there is something for everyone.
Lawnya Vawnya Music Festival
This is a multi-day festival that focuses on presenting some of the most innovative independent music and art from St. John’s and across Canada.
A diverse lineup featuring acts like Slash Need, ÉBONY, Narcy, Fiver with the Fiver Trois, and G̱a̱mksimoon joins a packed schedule of music, film, and literary events. Artists such as AEXEL, Cable TV, Chump, fanclubwallet, JayWood, Kiwi Jr., Miesha and the Spanks, Sick Puppy, UZU أوزو, Zaynab Wilson, are also scheduled to appear, alongside workshops, panels, a downtown music crawl, and a merchandise and print fair. From punk bands to film screenings and reading series, the event brings together a wide range of talent across music, literature, and visual arts.

Great music is even better in beautiful Churchill Park, with wide open views, surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery.
On Saturday, July 18, fans can enjoy performances by The Chicks, Elle King, and Amanda Marshall. On Friday, July 24, the stage will feature Keith Urban, Russell Dickerson, and Dallas Smith. With more acts to be announced, these concerts promise non-stop energy and epic performances.
