Oakville’s largest outdoor event, the Annual Oakville Family Ribfest, is back and promises to be bigger and better than ever!

Hosted at the picturesque Sheridan College campus on Trafalgar Road, this year’s event offers an expanded paved site, providing more space for ribs, music, activities, and enjoyment for the whole family.
Rib-tastic Delights:
The Ribfest is an exceptional chance for food lovers to try mouth-watering ribs from nine famed teams competing in the’Wall of Ribbers’, including Boss Hog’s, Gator BBQ, Silver Bullet BBQ, among others. The voting for the ‘Best Ribs’ concludes at 3 pm on Sunday, with the announcement of winners at 4 pm.
More Than Ribs:
Not just ribs, an assortment of other treats are also on the menu. Vendors such as Beaver Tails, Billy Bob’s Bloomin Onions, Fiesta Empanada, Yeti Puff Nitro, and others are serving a diverse range of dishes – poutine, corn-on-the-cob, ice cream, doughnuts, and much more.
Spectacular Entertainment:
The musical line-up for the event is equally exhilarating, ranging from high school jazz bands to classic rock cover bands, and tribute bands. Entertainers like Elton Rohn, Cheap Thrills, Group Therapy and the OCD Horns, and many more are ready to bring their A-game and keep the spirits high throughout the event.

Exciting Kids’ PlayZone:
Ensuring an all-round family experience, the Kids’ PlayZone offers free activities for children, including face painting, balloon twisting, magic shows, and much more. Not to miss, the Bouncy Castle, Maze, Dance & Fitness Gym Bus, Story Telling sessions by Oakville Public Library, and other exciting activities will keep your little ones entertained.
Artisan Alley & Community Marketplace:
In addition to delicious food and fantastic entertainment, the Artisan Alley & Community Marketplace will showcase local businesses, charities, and community groups. Explore original art, jewelry, hot sauces, clothing, and more while learning about fitness and various services available in the community.
