If you choose the latter, you still have a good amount of venue options, some of which are a short drive outside of the city, but all of which are near hotels and accommodations for out-of-town guests.
You can have your wedding among the flowers, overlooking the river, or in the heart of the city. Summer and fall dates are booking up quickly, but these can also be considered for your perfect wedding for the upcoming year.
While a few venues cannot offer food or catering services, many of them have their preferred list of vendors ready for your perusal. This makes planning super easy in the end.
Obsidian Ridge
Consider the rural venue of Obsidian Ridge for a fall 2023 wedding, or a 2024 wedding. They are mostly booked for the summer of 2023, but begin taking tours soon, and can be a good location to keep on your planning radar. Keep them in mind for a ceremony, reception, or both, with several services included.

Rainer Gardens
There are two beautiful and separate ceremony sites available at Rainer Gardens, each of which has its own unique charm. And despite the two separate sites, your ceremony won’t be booked on the same day as any other wedding.
The site is beautiful from the moment you drive onto the property (where parking is available for your guests).
You can host your big moment in either their floral garden under large white columns; or, in a more rustic setting with wood benches and a lush green background. Details

Gardenview Estate
There are many unique and beautiful features to look forward to with a wedding at Gardenview Estate in Barrhead. River’s Edge
River’s Edge, near Devon, gives you one of the most beautiful ceremony sites overlooking the North Saskatchewan River, and you can host the entire day here to take advantage of the views for your reception too.
