A new rooftop bar offering unbeatable views of downtown Moncton is now open.

Palette Urban Rooftop Bar
The Palette Urban Rooftop Bar is the latest addition to the FiveFive complex, located on the 9th floor of the building at 55 Queen Street.
The bar officially opened to the public on March 3rd.
Palette adds to the artistic theme of the building with a custom-designed accent wall by local artist Ji Hyang Ryu and a cocktail menu named after famous art pieces and artists throughout the decades.
The menu is designed to be shareable, allowing guests to try a range of dishes created by local chef Jonathan Morrison.
The drinks menu, crafted by local mixologist Justin Kinas, offers a unique selection of cocktails, which can be enjoyed in the indoor rooftop bar space. However, come May, an outdoor patio area will be opened, allowing visitors to enjoy their drinks in the open air.
The 9th floor can be accessed directly via the elevator in the Canvas Hotel lobby, where you can relax in the Living Room lounge area and Bar55 café and bar. If the Palette space is at full capacity, visitors can comfortably wait and start with a drink in the lobby area.
The Palette Urban Rooftop Bar is an exciting addition to the FiveFive complex.
The FiveFive complex is home to several establishments, including the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Canada, Canvas, as well as an ANBL boutique store, Gahan House Hub City, and upscale condominiums.
FiveFive and Palette is co-owned by long-time business associates and friends Bill Hennessey, Nick Spataro and Serge DiBonaventura.
