Smoke’s Poutinerie Expands Menu with 30 New Items

Smoke’s Poutinerie has introduced 30 new menu items, expanding beyond its signature poutine offerings. The additions, launched nationwide on May 20, mark a significant broadening of the brand’s food lineup.

The new items are grouped into three newly introduced categories: sandwiches, premium hot dogs, and loaded fries. This expansion also includes a few updates to its existing poutine and side selections.

Highlights of the New Menu Items:

Expanded Sandwich Selection: Nine new sandwiches have been introduced, including options like a poutine-inspired sandwich, a pulled pork variation, a Philly cheesesteak, and crispy chicken choices, each featuring bold flavours and substantial portions.
- - Poutinewitch, The Dirty Bird, Buffalos Don’t Have Wings Chicken Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Philly Cheesesteak, Nashville Chicken, Bigger Crunchie, Doubling Down and Smoke’s Chili Buns.
Premium Hot Dogs: Six new quarter-pound all-beef hot dogs are now on offer, ranging from simple versions to those topped with chili, cheese, bacon, or a mix of several toppings.
- - Dawg options include Smoke’s Saucy ¼ Pound Premium Dawg, Chili Cheese Dawg, Bacon n’ Cheese Dawg, Porky’s and Junkyard Dawg ¼ Pound Premium Dawg…Dawg!

Loaded Dirty Fries: The menu now includes nine types of Dirty Fries, which are hand-cut and heavily topped with ingredients such as chili, curry sausage, cheese sauces, bacon, or spicy honey.
- - Smoke’s Fresh Hand-Cut Fries Smothered Like Mammas Fav; Smoke’s Carnage Fries, Carne Asada Fries, Currywurst Fries, Chili Fries, Chili n’ Cheese Fries, Cheesy Fries, Cheesy Tots, Mike’s Hot Honey n’ Bacon Fries and Tater Tot Nachos.
New Poutine Variations: Four fresh takes on poutine have been added, including combinations with nacho toppings, chili and bacon, and other cheese-heavy or spicy options.
- - Newbies to the Fries, Curd & Gravy category include Nacho Grande Poutine, Chili Cheese n’ Bacon Poutine, Chili n’ Cheese Poutine and Chili Cheese Dawg Poutine.
Additional Sides: Two new side dishes—classic beef chili and a chili with cheese option—round out the menu expansion.
