Somebody realised their bubble bath fantasy by putting bubble bath liquid into Central Memorial Park fountain.
Posts shared in Reddit and Facebook indicate that bubbles started just after 1 am on Thursday, September 3rd.
Putting bubble bath in public fountains is not new, but as per comments in Reddit, this latest craze might have been a TikTok challenge.
Though it is not clear, whether it caused any damage to the fountain, the City of Chicago fountain maintenance contractor says it is harmless, but cleaning is costly.
