Starbucks is welcoming fall with the return of its seasonal favourite, the Pumpkin Spice Latte, first introduced in 2003.

This popular beverage, combining Starbucks Signature Espresso with steamed milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, is available starting Thursday, August 22, as part of its fall menu in hot, iced, or blended options, topped with whipped cream and spices.
This season’s menu highlights include both new and returning beverages:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte: Hot, iced, or blended, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: Vanilla-sweetened cold brew coffee topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai: A mix of spiced chai and pumpkin cream cold foam dusted with pumpkin spice.
- Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Chai (New): Chai spices with oat beverage and nondairy apple crisp cold foam, mimicking the taste of homemade apple pie.
- Apple Crisp Oat Macchiato: Espresso with apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar flavours, topped with creamy oat beverage and spiced apple drizzle.
- Iced Apple Crisp Oat Shaken Espresso: Blonde espresso shaken with apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar, topped with oat beverage.
- Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte (App Exclusive): Espresso with milk, apple, and cinnamon, served iced with salted caramel cream cold foam.
- Nondairy Iced Honey Apple Almond Flat White (App Exclusive): Blonde espresso and almond beverage with honey and nondairy apple crisp cold foam.

Starbucks is also introducing new bakery items and bringing back some favourites:
- Baked Apple Croissant (New): Croissant dough filled with warm apple, topped with sugar.
- Raccoon Cake Pop (New): Vanilla cake with buttercream, dipped in chocolaty icing, designed as a raccoon.
- Fox Sugar Cookie: A returning favourite shaped like a fox.
- Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin: A moist muffin with a cream cheese filling.
- Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf: A loaf cake with pumpkin and pumpkin seeds.
To celebrate fall, Starbucks has introduced a line of new drinkware in collaboration with Stanley, which will be available in Canada for the first time starting August 22. The items include:
