Richmond Sunflower Festival

Be amazed at a fun stroll through the Richmond Sunflower Festival!  Spread across 20 acres, it showcases 90+ varieties of sunflowers, dahlias, and gladiolas.  Activities include exploring the vibrant fields, capturing photos with a flower wagon, and savouring treats from food trucks.

Campbell’s Gold

While the farm focuses mostly on bee and honey tours, they offer to have a beautiful but small sunflower patch that is worthwhile to visit! Campbell Gold is a small family-run farm and loves to host visitors of all ages! Stroll through the fields of sunflowers, take some home and don’t forget to take pictures!

Lakeland Flowers – Abbotsford Summer Flower Festival

Lakeland Flowers has been family-run and operated, impressively, since 1974! Explore 45 acres of vibrant nature at this year’s festival. The event features three main attractions. First, enjoy the blooming lavender fields, including Provence and English varieties. Then, immerse yourself in 20 acres of sunflowers boasting over a million blooms, diverse varieties, a u-pick section, and picturesque photo spots. Lastly, explore a 10-acre meadow showcasing pastel phacelia, white buckwheat, and an array of colourful feature flowers like snapdragons and Black-Eyed Susans.

East Ridge Farm

East Ridge Farm has been operating since 2013, guided by the desire to produce locally grown produce and flowers – Sunflowers, Statice, Strawflowers, and Zinnias – without any nasty junk! Their sunflowers flourish in nutrient-rich soil every year in a variety of colours and variants. Visitors can go to visit, take in the sights and of course, take the beauty home.

Harrison Sunflower Festival

Formerly known as the Chilliwack Sunflower Festival, the event was rebranded as the Harrison Sunflower Festival and relocated to Agassiz near Harrison Hot Springs in 2023. They are closed in 2024 and intend to return in 2025.

Ocean View Estates

Located on the one-of-a-kind Saanich Peninsula, Ocean View Estates has been running since 2010, and it aims to connect residents with local and fresh produce. Their sunflower patch stretches 2 acres and opens usually by Mid August.
