These Are Saskatchewan’s Top Employers in 2023

Saskatchewan employers are giving employees more choice over how to develop their own skills – and are creating stronger organizations in the process, says  Mediacorp Canada Inc. as they announced the winners of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers in 2023.

According to the news release, this special designation recognizes employers with head offices in Saskatchewan that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.   

Employers are ranked and compared on the following:

  • Vacation & Time Off
  • Employee Communications
  • Performance Management
  • Training & Skills Development
  • Community Involvement
This year’s winners include companies that offer mental health coverage, wellness programs, and incentives for volunteering.
Notable initiatives of this year’s winners singled out by the editors of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project include:

Andgo Systems allows for personal and career-related growth, while SaskTel has an Indigenous employee resource group.

Canpotex adopted a hybrid work program with a monthly allowance for home office expenses or transportation.

Flaman Sales supports local charities with employee input, and Nutrien offers tuition subsidies and apprenticeship/trades programs.
