SportsShoes.com, an online shoe retailer, has published the list of best places to run and bike based on Tripadvisor reviews.

SportsShoes says they analysed Tripadvisor website data from countries around the world and tabulating attractions in each location which had the highest number of mentions of ‘run/running’ and ‘cycle/cycling/bike’ in English language reviews. The places were then ranked based on the best spot reviews for each activity in that country.
According to the study, Vancouver’s Stanley Park with over 1,000 acres of linear and circular routes is the best place to run and cycle.
The Best 10 Places to Run in Canada
Vancouver Seawall which has an uninterrupted waterfront path with 17 miles across Vancouver took the second spot in the rankings.
Mount Royal Park in Montreal which offers runners a mix of terrains with its mixture of woodland, a 700-foot summit, lakeside paths, and the famous Olmsted Stairs rounds out the top three list of best place to run.
Also in the top ten was Fish Creek Provincial Park in Calgary (fourth), London’s Springbank Park (sixth) and Point Pelee National Park in Leamington (eighth).

The Best 10 Places to Cycle in Canada
Following Stanley Park, Kelowna’s Myra Canyon Park which boasts a 24km round trip route following multiple tunnels and over 15 bridges along the former Kettle Valley Railway, is the second-best spot to bike.
Vancouver Seawall once again features in the top three list followed by the Pedaler in Victoria and Montreal’s Lieu Historique National du Canal-de-Lachine.
