All decisions made by todocanada.ca officials are final and cannot be contested.
Contests are open to Canadian residents, except Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence or Territory.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
Randomly picked valid contestant will be contacted through email provided. If the contestant does not claim the prize within 24 hours of email notification, another person will be randomly selected and contacted to claim the prize. The previously selected contestant forfeit the right to claim the prize. Once the selected person claims the prize, the winner will also be announced on our todocanada.ca facebook page.
All winners will be made to answer a skill testing question as the mandatory entry on all giveaways (all residents of Canada). Failure to answer this question correctly will result in a disqualification and another winner will be chosen.
Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The tickets will not be replaced or refunded, if lost or stolen or hacked. All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed.
The contest may be cancelled any time. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest rules at any time without notice.
The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received. Contests are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Sponsors or todocanada.ca are not liable for any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this contest, including technical failures on the part of contest software, website down-time, human error or property damage incurred by any contest entrant.
