U-Pick Strawberry Farms in Greater Toronto Area & Hamilton

Visit GTA & Hamilton Strawberry Farms for a fun outing, and pick your own strawberries! Whether you’re craving some fresh fruits or just want to support your local farmer, there is a wide variety of U-pick berry farms!

Strawberries are available to pick from mid-June to late July.

The hours listed are general farm hours (not PYO hours), which can change without notice due to various reasons, including weather.

Reesor’s Farm Market

Visit one of the farms that has been in operation since 1804. They also sell a variety of produce and berries. You can get fresh Ontario fruits & vegetables, baked goods and more year-round at the market or Reesor’s Online Market.

PYO Hours 2025: Date open: TBA

  • 8:30 am until 7pm Monday through Thursday (last field entrance is 6pm)

  • 7am until 7pm on Friday (last field entrance is 6pm) and  7am to 6pm on Saturday (last field entrance is 5pm).

  • 7am -8am time, Monday –Friday, is reserved for seniors 65+.

  • Seniors coming during this time can go directly to the field without a pre-booked reservation.

The entrance for the Pick Your Own fields is located on the north side of Elgin Mills Road, 700 meters east of 9th Line.  You cannot access the field from the Farm Market.

Cost for 2025 picking:

Adults (13 years and over):  $16,  one hour picking time slot with a 3-litre basket. Additional 3-litre baskets: $14, 6-litre basket: $27.50.

Children 3-12 years of age: $9 for a 1.5-litre basket and the berries picked.  Children 12 and under do not need a reservation.   There needs to be at least one adult with every four children.

Robintide Farms

Robintide Farms is a family-owned farm business in Vaughan that has been providing the GTA with fantastic farm-fresh food, agricultural products, and various horse-related services since 1967. The farm allows you to pick fresh beans, peas, potatoes, pumpkins, raspberries, strawberries and offers a maze.

Applewood Farm is a family-owned business that allows you to pick your own strawberries and apples and drink from their amazing winery in Stouffville Ontario. The farm is a great and welcoming destination for the whole family where you can come and spend a while under the Applewood tree.

Organics Family Farm is a health-conscious farm that has been offering fresh and organic strawberries and apples for you to pick since 2001.

Strawberry Creek Farm is a 15-year-old family-owned and operated Farm Market that offers you the ability to pick a splendid variety of beans, peas, pumpkins, raspberries, strawberries and tomatoes in season. The market also has a reputable bakery that is known for its pies and cookies. The farm also features a fun maze.

Downey’s Farm Market

Downey’s Farm Market is a 215-acre farm that has been owned and operated by the Downey family since 1920. The farm is located on Heart Lake Road, North of Brampton  where it provides the freshest strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn, squash and pumpkins for you to pick directly from its fields.

Wagon Rides are available daily (weather permitting).

Linton’s Farm Market sells a wide variety of homegrown vegetables and fruit, cheese, honey, maple syrup,
