1. Cavendish Beach

2. Brackley Beach

Do you know the story of Anne of Green Gables? This literally masterpiece about an orphan girl living on Prince Edward Island shone the lime light on Canada and you can see the house behind the story at Green Gables Heritage Place.
4. North Rustico Beach
This is yet another beach that you must visit. It is a bit less crowded than other popular beaches on Prince Edward Island but still offers you splendid sand and water. An old lighthouse located close to the water completes North Rustico’s allure.
5. Greenwich Interpretation Centre
Greenwich is a unique place with a wonderful story that is elaborately told in this interpretation center. You will find about 20 exhibits in the center and once you’ve quenched your thirst for knowledge you can go birdwatching on the Greenwich Dunes Trail.
6. Cavendish Cliffs
Many visitors can’t get enough of these red cliffs that stand out sensationally from the green grass that caps them. You can view them as you drive along the coast and feel free to stop as often as you like and take a million photos!
7. Cavendish Dunelands Trail
From the Visitor Center, you can walk across a floating boardwalk that will lead you into a picturesque trail. There are dunes to be photographed and lots of Interpretive Panels to keep you informed.
8. Green Gables Golf Club
If you love golf then you’d better pack your clubs. The Green Gables Golf Course is an 18-hole course that stretches from Cavendish Beach to the former farm fields near Green Gables Heritage Place. It promises nothing but great golf and amazing views.
9. The Gulf Shore Parkway
Whether you prefer four wheels, two wheels or even a pair of legs, this scenic road will reveal to you the best of Prince Edward Island. It begins at Brackley and takes you through rolling dunes and salt marshes before finally guiding you to Dalvay.
10. Gulf of St. Lawrence
Take your kayak or canoe out into the Gulf of St. Lawrence. You will leave the world and its worries behind as you marvel at spell-binding landscapes.
