10 New Restaurants and Food Events to Explore in Vancouver This May

In May, locals and visitors have the chance to try several new restaurants around Vancouver.  These include sit-down spots, take-out locations, and cafes. But beyond all the new restaurants to try in Vancouver, there are also food celebrations to look forward to this month.

Kinto Ramen

Kinto Ramen opened two new locations last month, and the menu will include a range of hearty ramen bowls prepared with slow-cooked pork, chicken and vegetarian broth in four distinct styles — Original, Shoyu, Miso, Spicy — as well as a newly introduced beef ramen featuring a 100-percent beef broth. Ramen bowls will be served with a choice of thick, thin or shirataki noodles and finished with traditional and modern toppings like seasoned egg, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, nori, and sweet corn.

The Bufala Pizzeria name may already sound familiar as the Italian restaurant already have two Vancouver locations. And in recent months, they celebrated the grand opening of the Bufala Pizzeria River District location. They are known already for excellent and authentic Italian pizza, and several other dishes.
