All meals start with soup and sweet potato salad, and the vegetarian entrée is a beyond beef eggplant lasagna.

Thanksgiving dinners are available for take-out or dine-in at Evario Kitchen and Bar. The restaurant, in south Edmonton’s Holiday Inn, will offer their Thanksgiving dinners with the vegetarian entrée, butternut squash ravioli. The main difference between the dine-in and take-out options is the dessert: for dine-in, enjoy the pumpkin cheesecake. And for take-out, enjoy Evario’s salted caramel apple crisp.
