5. Broken Stick Brewing Company
Tee-ing off this list is the first golf course brewery in Canada, located a short 30-minute drive from Ottawa. Expect a wide variety of craft beers accompanied by wood fire pizzas on an outdoor patio warmed by open fires and heaters. Winter activities and more are available on site such as snowshoeing, escape rooms and drag bingo.
You can also enjoy outdoor skating from Wednesdays to Sundays, 10:00am-8:00pm.

11. Clocktower Brew Pub
One of Ottawa’s original joints that has been offering top notch drinks and food since 1996, it is one of the cities longest established full-service craft brewery. The atmosphere is upbeat, casual, and joyful with a great patio that – while it doesn’t have heaters – will be open and with the ability to get on a blanket or borrow a coat if you didn’t bring one warm enough.
