Eligible voters who cast their ballot and take a selfie outside their polling station can receive a free kids scoop in a handmade waffle cone.
Remember, posting pictures with your ballot and taking selfies inside the station are not allowed.
This offer is only valid on Election Day and at all five Calgary shops from 11am to 11pm.
If you vote in advance and still want to claim your free ice cream, be sure to bring proof of voting with you on May 29th.
Additionally, election workers who are unable to make it on May 29 can still claim their free scoop the next day at any of the five locations by showing their selfie, or Elections Alberta ID.
Village Ice Cream is known for its hand-crafted ice cream made from the best ingredients available in the Calgary area. With ten flavors always available and rotating seasonal flavors, the shop carefully prepares all ice cream flavors in 15-liter batches at each of its five locations.
