Renowned K-Pop group ITZY is set to embark on their 2nd World Tour, Born To Be, spanning 27 cities globally this spring and summer.
The tour, organized by JYP Entertainment and Live Nation, begins with two nights at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium on February 24 and 25. ITZY will showcase their talents in countries like Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Chile, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Japan, the US, Canada, Taiwan, the Philippines, and culminating in Hong Kong.
Since their 2019 debut under JYP Entertainment, ITZY has made significant strides in the K-Pop industry. Their debut single “Dalla Dalla” broke YouTube records and garnered critical acclaim. They have consistently charted on Billboard with their subsequent releases, including their 2021 EP Guess Who and their full-length album Crazy in Love, which scored high on various Billboard charts. Their 5th mini-album, Checkmate, and the subsequent tour solidified their status in the industry.
Their upcoming world tour promises an exciting mix of new songs and fan favourites, catering to their global fan base known as MIDZY.
The tour will feature live renditions from ITZY’s latest mini-album Born To Be, which includes the hit Untouchable. This album, released by JYP Entertainment/IMPERIAL/Republic Records, has achieved international success, topping iTunes charts in 23 regions. The album features solo tracks from each member, a first in ITZY’s discography, demonstrating their artistic growth and creativity.
The tour dates include a performance in Toronto at The Theatre at Great Canadian Casino Resort on June 28.
North American fans can purchase tickets starting February 2 at 3 pm local time.
