The festival has built a following through established annual events in Vancouver, Victoria, and Calgary.

In Toronto, more than 30 local restaurants and chefs, many recognized by the Michelin Guide, will serve dishes prepared with responsibly sourced Canadian proteins cooked over open flame. The format is designed as a grazing experience, allowing guests to move through the space and sample dishes throughout the afternoon.

Drinks are included with admission and span cocktails, craft beer, wine, cider, hard teas, seltzers, and non-alcoholic and zero-proof options. Music throughout the event will be provided by guest DJs.

The starting line-up brings together a wide mix of Toronto favourites, including Alder, Antler, Arianna at Harbour 60, Bar Mordecai, Barque Smokehouse, Black + Blue Toronto, DaiLo, GEORGE Restaurant, Piano Piano, Pizzeria Libretto, and Cherry Street Bar-B-Que. The list also features Elora Mill, Oliver & Bonacini, Westin Harbour Castle, and many more, with additional restaurants still to be announced.
Tickets are priced at $149.95 plus HST and fees and are sold in advance only. The event is billed as fully inclusive, meaning all food and beverage offerings are covered by the ticket, with no additional purchases required.

The one-day event takes place Sunday, July 26, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Henderson Brewing Company.

Beyond food and drink, the festival includes a charitable component. Proceeds support scholarship awards for students at the George Brown School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, along with funding for The Stop Community Food Centre. Across its events, the festival reports more than $185,000 raised for culinary education, mental health initiatives, and food security programs.
