Brewery & The Beast is a premium culinary experience that features the highest quality meats through the vision of an extraordinary line-up of chefs. Only the finest selections of locally sourced products are featured at our events. Farms from BC and Alberta who are committed to responsible and ethical farming practices supply chefs with an outstanding variety of proteins to be included in their preparations.

Brewery & The Beast was created to educate our guests on the importance of becoming a conscientious consumer. By providing our guests with a tangible experience of how these foods taste, information about the farms they come from, and where they can purchase these products, we can achieve the goals of the event; keep our local and regional food systems thriving while continually supporting the local restaurant and food & beverage industry.

Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free reign to be bold, innovate and creative while preparing their dishes over open fire.

Beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, chicken, elk, rabbit, duck and wild boar are featured in dishes offered throughout the event and are prepared using traditional and innovative techniques that involve live fire cooking, whole animal roasts, smoking, braising and grilling.

Pair these tasty offerings with local craft beer, cocktails, wine, hard seltzers, cider, non-alcoholic beverages, and live music, and its a feast for the senses not to be missed!

All proteins featured at BATB are ethically and responsibly raised and sourced from small farm operations who raise their animals with care and transparency.

The Food: 50+ chefs cook incredible dishes with locally sourced proteins and ingredients. Visit as many of the chefs as you like while savouring their amazing cuisine.
