Cambridge Santa Claus Parade
The annual Cambridge Santa Claus Parade, a highlight of the city’s holiday season, will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. See illuminated floats and bands travelling through the streets of Cambridge.
Presented by Kieswetter Mazda, this event brings together residents of all ages to experience the warmth and joy of the holiday season.
Before leading the Cambridge Santa Claus Parade, Santa Claus will make an early appearance to meet children and families. From 3:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., Santa will be at the “Santa on the Air” booth in the Cambridge Centre Mall parking lot, where youngsters can stop by for a friendly chat and share their holiday wishes. The visit offers children a rare chance to speak with Santa before he departs at 5:45 p.m. sharp to climb aboard his sleigh and officially begin the parade.
The Cambridge Food Bank will also participate in this year’s parade, collecting non-perishable food items and donations to support local families during the holiday season. This initiative provides attendees with an opportunity to support community members in need while enjoying the festive displays.
The Grand River Transit (GRT) will also hold a Stuff-a-Bus food drive to support the Food Bank of Waterloo Region.
Parade Route and Road Closures
The parade will start at Dunbar Road and proceed along Hespeler Road, concluding at Langs Drive.
