Chick-fil-A is opening a new restaurant in Ottawa on Thursday, June 25, and the first day comes with a playful nod to the brand’s famous cows.

Chick-fil-A Orleans Innes Rd.
The new Chick-fil-A Orleans Innes Rd. location, at 4280 Innes Rd., will begin serving guests at 10:30 a.m.
Local Owner-Operator Natasha Vaux and her team are marking the opening with a Moove-In Party, inviting guests to arrive dressed in cow spots.
Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day wearing cow-spotted clothing or accessories can redeem one complimentary entrée or kid’s meal, either inside the restaurant or through the drive-thru. The look can be as simple as a spotted accessory or as committed as a full cow suit.
The restaurant will be open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and mobile app ordering.
Per the news release, Vaux first became familiar with Chick-fil-A during trips to Florida with her husband, Pete. She said the hospitality stood out to her, along with the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and Freshly Brewed Sweetened Iced Tea, which became part of their U.S. travel routine.
When the first Ottawa-area Chick-fil-A opened in 2024, Vaux joined the opening-day lineup. Now, as Owner-Operator in Orleans, she says her goal is to build a restaurant known for “Second-Mile Service” and strong community ties.
The opening also includes a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Second Harvest, with funds going to partners in the greater Ottawa area. The restaurant will also take part in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program.
