Chipotle Mexican Grill is running a back-to-school buy-one-get-one-free offer at participating restaurants across Canada on Thursday, September 10. Starting at 3 p.m. local time and running until closing, you can buy an entrée and receive a second entrée free when you show up wearing school apparel or accessories.

The offer covers school gear from elementary and high schools as well as post-secondary institutions, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys and hats.

“As Chipotle continues to grow across Canada, we’re always looking for new ways to connect with the communities we serve,” said Anat Davidzon, Managing Director, International at Chipotle. She said the School Spirit BOGO gives students an easy way to meet up after class or between activities as the new school year gets underway.

You can also use the promotion to try Chipotle’s new Pollo Asado, which is available for a limited time in Canada. The dish features grilled adobo chicken seasoned with garlic, Mexican spices and hand-cut cilantro, with citrus and lime added at the finish.

There are a few conditions to know. The deal is limited to five free entrées per check, and each free entrée requires the purchase of one of equal or greater value. You must be the customer wearing the school gear, and the offer is available in restaurants only.

Mobile, online, delivery and catering orders are excluded.
