Cineplex Introduces Free Popcorn & Drinks Refills

Cineplex has rolled out a new initiative to enhance the movie-going experience by offering free refills on large popcorn and fountain drinks.

Moviegoers across Canada can now enjoy one complimentary refill during the same visit when they upgrade to a large size, ensuring snacks last through the entire film—and possibly the trip home.

The offer applies to purchases made in theatres or through Cineplex’s mobile ordering system.

Refills can be redeemed at the concession counter on the same day and during the visit. However, the offer excludes delivery orders.

The offer is available at Cineplex locations nationwide.

“A big part of enjoying a movie on the big screen are the snacks,” said Kevin Watts, Cineplex’s Executive Vice President of Exhibition & Location Based Entertainment. “By offering our guests a free refill on their large popcorn and fountain drink, we ensure their favorite movie snack and drink doesn’t run out and more can even be enjoyed on the way home.”
