In Search of Christmas Spirit is an immersive outdoor Christmas lights experience in Banff and Lake Louise, held on select evenings throughout the holiday season in the Cascade of Time Garden. This enchanting walking trail features illuminated wildlife sculptures, festive storytelling, custom soundscapes, and captivating light displays that bring the spirit of Christmas to life beneath the peaks of the Canadian Rockies.
Inspired by the animals of Banff National Park, the story celebrates the connection between wildlife, nature, and the protected mountain landscape they call home. As you journey through the gardens, lights, sound, and art come together to create a unique holiday experience that can only be found in Banff and Lake Louise.

This is a free outdoor event hosted on select nights of the holiday season. The experience is ticketed for your comfort and enjoyment.
