Events Description
Experience Sainte‑Marie among the Hurons after dark with an immersive evening program offered Thursday nights from July 2 to September 3. English tours run at 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with a French tour available at 8:30 p.m. Explore the historic mission by lantern light as costumed interpreters bring 17th‑century Wendake to life.
Wander through atmospheric stops across the site: watch sparks dance in the blacksmith shop, roast and taste fresh Bannock, listen to Indigenous stories inside the longhouse, and sip historic teas by the fire. Guests can extend their visit with overnight cabin accommodations or enjoy a three‑course Indigenous‑inspired dinner before the tour.
Shadows and Stone offers a rare opportunity to experience history in a more intimate, sensory, and unforgettable way.
