Alberta Day at Heritage Park (Drone Show)

Celebrate Alberta Day with Heritage Park and the Government of Alberta on Sunday, Aug. 31! Enjoy family-friendly entertainment, live music, activities and more in celebration of Alberta’s community, culture and heritage. Experience the sights, sounds, and smells of Alberta’s history, join in engaging activities and end the day with a spectacular live drone show in the Historical Village. Rally your friends and family, mark your calendars and join us for a day you won’t forget!

12 hours of live music — capped off with Canadian country star Jake Mathews at 8 p.m.
Delicious eats and a local beer garden from Trolley Five & Romero Distillery
Midway thrills on the S.S. Moyie, Steam Train and Antique Midway
Made-in-Alberta marketplace with artisan finds
Tipis and Indigenous storytelling from 12–4 p.m.
Kids Zone fun from 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
Drone show finale at 9 p.m. over Celebration Field

Pre-register to skip the line.

Nobody will be turned away, but we highly recommend pre-registering in advance. There is a limit of four admission tickets per online transaction.

Antique Midway: $15 (GST exempt). Ride bracelets are required and available both online and on-site. Capacity is limited — we recommend purchasing in advance.
S.S Moyie: $5 (GST exempt). Tickets available on-site only. Capacity is limited.
