Events Description

Bicycle Buy and/or Sell and/or Donate event.
One day bike buy, sell, and donate event. We tech check every bike, every serial number is recorded, and we donate more than half the profit back to the community to fund safe cycling and repair the donated bikes.

We are looking for volunteers to help us run the swap events. Not only do you get to hang out with fellow bike fanatics and touch hundreds of bikes, but we supply local food, snacks, fruit, yummies, and coffee all day. Added bonus is that volunteers get first dibs on their next bike.
Volunteer through the website please.

WHEN & WHERE

Date: Saturday May 2, 2026

08:00 – 14:00 | Consign & Safety & Serial Number Verification Check: If you have a bike to sell, bring it in. We don’t just accept it; we tech-check it and we’ve eliminated the risk of the used bike market because every bike is tech checked as safe to ride and we built our own Bicycle Swap Software to help end bike theft in our community. By syncing with major registries, we flag bikes with a ‘reported’ status instantly. But remember: software is only as fast as the data entered! If a bike hasn’t been reported to the authorities or logged in a database yet, it won’t show up. Help us help you—report and register early! We’re so confident that there are no stolen bikes in our event that we invite those with stolen bike police reports to see for themselves at 2:00.

14:00 – 14:30 | Peace of Mind Preview: We hate bike thieves too! Bring your police report and you can do a it’s definitely not here with a volunteer. It’s the only time the entire day’s inventory is out at once. (Spoiler: We’re confident you won’t find it, because our volunteers, proprietary software, and processes are amazing).

14:30 – 17:00 | The Sale: Doors open for buyers. We’ll have children’s bikes available, too! (Note: No e-bikes—we only sell what we can tech check).

08:00 – 17:00 | Donations: Have a bike that needs a new life? We work with over 30 groups to rebuild donated bikes and that help us get wheels to those who need them most.
