With a 20-year shared history studying polyphonic music, Lauren Breunig, Jeremy Carter-Gordon, Lynn Rowan, and Will Rowan blend their voices in breathtaking, technically phenomenal arrangements, effortlessly spanning continents, centuries and song genres. Their latest project, Of Hard Times & Harmony, explores themes of social consciousness, is sung in four languages and showcases the depth of emotion their voices can evoke to bring vocal traditions as diverse as Corsican polyphony to 20th century labor anthems to new audiences.
