If you’re wondering why Andrew Allen, a neighbour from Vernon BC, is not on the folk music radar screen, you’re not alone. He built a career as a consummate pop songwriter who is signed to Sony/ATV and has released many singles, including a collaboration with Carly Rae Jepsen. Pivoting to deliver keynote concerts with character-driven songs in a deeper, more mature style, he is a solo performer whose moving lyrics will command your attention.
