GlobalFest Groves

After a fantastic debut in 2022, GlobalFest is thrilled to announce the return of the GlobalFest Groves pop-up event with its OneWorld Cultural Partner, Trico Homes, as well as Kingsland Community Association on Sunday, June 25, 2023.

Transpiring at the Trico LivingWell green space nearby, the popularity of these GlobalFest Groves events continue to increase. This promises to be a memorable summer experience, as performances from Pakistan, India, and others will occur. This ethno-cultural display will also include a beer garden for adults and a play area for children.

As part of the “Reaching Out” initiative launched by GlobalFest in 2021, Groves puts an emphasis on the community development work underway and aims to expand it by accumulating new corporate and community partners to create a more inclusive and engaged Calgary.
