Get ready to kick off cruising season at the Nifty Fifty Spring Thaw Car Show at Heritage Park on April 19 from 10 am to 3 pm. This popular Calgary car show returns for another exciting year, with more than 400 classic cars, hot rods, antiques, and custom builds expected to fill the Park’s front lots for this annual show and shine.
Known as the unofficial start of the season for car enthusiasts, the Spring Thaw Car Show in Calgary is a must-see event for anyone who loves vintage vehicles, unique builds, and automotive history. The Nifty Fifty club welcomes vehicles of all makes and models, making it one of the most diverse and entertaining classic car shows at Heritage Park each spring.
While you’re here, make a full day of it. Explore the world-famous Gasoline Alley Museum, grab a bite at the Railway Café or Selkirk Grille, and browse the Park’s unique retail shops. This family-friendly Calgary event is perfect for visitors of all ages.

Car Registration: From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Heritage Park parking lots. Be sure to arrive early to secure your spot. Registration is managed by the Nifty Fifties Car Club. Car registration costs $20 and includes 1 FREE Gasoline Alley Museum admittance.
