To ensure the safety of our guests and our team, the pig roast dinner is served plated with distanced seating available indoors and on our patio if weather permits.

12 hour slow roasted smoked Bear and Flower suckling pig
Organic garlic mashed potatoes, Chinook Honey sriracha roasted potatoes
Baked pinto cowboy beans, grilled sweet Taber corn, house grown zucchini
Poplar Bluff organic red potatoes and garden vegetables, crispy bear and flower bacon, Grizzly Gouda cheese with a sweet onion vinaigrette
Farm mesclun lettuce, misty mountain mushrooms, Red Hat gem tomatoes, with a roasted tomato dressing
Deep Water Farm locally grown kale, pappardelle pasta, Bassano mixed vegetables, Micro Acres greens
Grilled jalapeno Taber corn bread with fresh churned butter
Condiments and Sauces:
Traditional style house made BBQ, mango chutney blend, smoked maple birch syrup drizzle, Okanagan apple sauce
