Sunsport boat rentals has been operating for more than fifteen years in Sylvan Lake.
Perfect rental place for cruising the lake in a boat or sea doo, or simply relaxing and taking it slow in one of their many peddle boats or canoes. Sunsport offers an opportunity to make great family memories on Sylvan Lake!
Along with traditional boat rentals, Sunsport also has boat accessories available for rent such as wakeboards, which would be a great challenge for the athletes in the family!
When to get boats from Sunsport Recreation?
Sunsport Recreation Hours
Open daily throughout the summer.
Weekdays: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Weekend 10:00 a.m. -8:00 p.m. weather depending.
It’s best to arrive early as on sunny weekends they can be fully booked for the day.
One can also call in and book over the phone .
Boats and water toys are rented for various periods of time throughout the day; however, some can be rented for the full day.
How much will it cost at Sunsport Recreation?

*Driver’s license is required for boat rental and credit card is needed for deposit.*
$159 per hour (plus gas); $249 for 2 hours (plus gas)
$499 for 5 hours (plus gas); $799 for 10 hours (plus gas)
Gas is charged at pump price.
SEA DOO’S (gas included)
$115 per hour; $199 per 2 hours; $389 per 5 hours
PEDDLE BOATS /CANOES/KAYAKS
$13 per 1/2 hour; $20 per hour; $80 PER DAY
Tubes, Knee boards: $10 per hour
Wakeboard: $15 per hour

Sunsport Rentals is located in between the Sylvan Lake waterslides (Wild Rapids) and Chateau Suites- the big blue condo building on the lakefront!
The facility is located directly across from the Best Western and close to many other motels in the area.

Free parking is available along the streets nearby, however, there is also plenty of free parking located at Centennial Park if you do not mind a short five minute walk.

The business is on Lakeshore drive which has the majority of Sylvan Lake’s restaurants and bars – if you’re looking for a cool drink or a hot meal.
