26th Annual Truffle Dinner at Sorrentino’s Downtown

Edmonton’s only white truffle dinner returns for its 26th year. Hosted with Carlo Bellusci, President of Vendemmia International Wines, the evening celebrates the King of the White Truffle from Alba, Italy, with a six-course menu that includes Acquerello risotto with porcini finished with fresh Alba white truffle, and AAA Alberta beef tenderloin with a porcini-truffle crust alongside lemon garlic jumbo prawns. Each course is paired with Italian wines from Planeta, Castello di Ama, Maculan, Castellare di Castellina and Medici Ermete, and guests can buy Vendemmia wines at an exclusive price. The dinner sells out every year.
