Celebrate Alberta Culture Days in Edmonton’s Arts District with free and ticketed programming for all ages. From outdoor performances and Indigenous workshops to free museum admission, art talks, film screenings, and major concerts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Citadel Theatre (Free + Ticketed)

3:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Wardrobe Sale
Venue: Rice Theatre Lobby
Browse and purchase costumes and wardrobe pieces worn on Citadel stages. Bring your own bag. Cash, credit, and debit accepted.

  • Please do not line up earlier than 2:00 PM.
  • Depending on crowds, browsing may be limited to 15-minute intervals.

Wizard of Oz Family Film Festival (Free)
Celebrate the upcoming Wizard of Oz production (March 2026 in the Shoctor Theatre) with free screenings in Zeidler Hall. General admission seating — come early for popcorn and a great spot. Costumes and Oz-inspired outfits encouraged!

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Return to Oz
    Venue: Zeidler Hall
    Run Time: 1h 53m | Age Rating: 10+
    Dorothy returns to Oz to find the Emerald City in ruins and sets out with new friends to rescue her companions.
