Join us on Saturday, March 2, 2024, for an empowering experience at the 6th annual International Women’s Day Event hosted by Black Canadian Women in Action (BCW in Action). This year’s theme, “DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality,” invites us to celebrate the remarkable contributions of women and girls in championing transformative technology and digital education.
Our distinguished speaker, Betty Hines, founder of Women Elevating Women (WEW) USA, will share insightful perspectives on embracing innovation for gender equality. The event will feature discussions on women in Tech STEM innovation and diverse backgrounds, highlighting their accomplishments in bridging the digital gender gap.
Join us in recognizing the importance of protecting the rights of women and girls in digital spaces, as we address online and ICT-facilitated gender-based violence.
