Events Description
Long before Camp Warwa, a small fishing village stood where the woods now grow. When failed harvests and illness swept through the community, fear turned to blame. Accused of witchcraft, a young woman was sacrificed to the lake.
The lake, the forest, and the land itself became one with her. That same night, the village burned to the ground. While the buildings were reduced to ash, the surrounding woods remained untouched. In the years that followed, people began disappearing among the trees, and whispers spread of a mysterious figure known only as Mother. A cult eventually settled within the abandoned forest, offering sacrifices in exchange for her protection and power.
Together, they have claimed the woods, and those who dare to enter them.

ll proceeds go to our Friendship Fund which allows low income families to provide their campers with the summer camp experience.
