Events Description

Step back 65 million years without leaving the River Valley! The Muttart Conservatory has been transformed into a prehistoric paradise.
Beneath our iconic glass pyramids, ancient giants roam and “living fossils” thrive. Grab your explorer’s hat and join us for a day of discovery where botany meets the beast!

Event Highlights:

  • The Tropical Titan Trek: Navigate the lush jungle of the Feature Pyramid to find hidden dinosaurs lurking among the palms
  • Roaming Magician: Seek out magician Ron Pearson throughout the botanical gardens
  • Dino-tastic Airbrush tattoos: Join Beyond Face Painting for dinosaur tattoos
  • Scavenger Hunt: Find giants within the greenery
  • The Hatchling Craft Corner: Create your own craft or plant a “dino-sprout” to take home
  • Fossil Photo Ops: Capture a family photo with our life-sized prehistoric visitors – watch out for the T. rex in the Feature Pyramid
