Laughter is one of the best medicines. That’s why Caregivers Alberta has partnered with The Laughing Hour for LAUGH FOR A CAUSE! Join founder of The Laughing Hour, Maude Bombardier on September 10th as she leads a one hour laughter yoga session at the Jerry Forbes Centre!
Everyone is welcome! Absolutely no yoga experience needed, only your willingness to laugh and have a blast. Join alone, with a friend, with your husband, or your daughter. Laughter is for everyone, and all the money raised through this event will be donated to Caregivers Alberta.
