February 29 – Leap Day – We honour what was lost.
Just as we honour the lost hours from the previous 4 years on this day by creating a Leap Day – a day to “Make things right”; so we will honour three lost distilleries by creating this noblest of tastings – a tasting to make things right! A tasting to bring back what was taken from you!
Three distilleries, demolished, never again to produce the most sacred of elixirs, will be honoured this night.
