Events Description
The Sherwood Park Highland Gathering is an annual outdoor event held at Broadmoor Lake Park, Sherwood Park.
The event consists of piping and drumming competitions, massed band performances, Highland Dance competitions, and Scottish heavy games. There will also be children’s activities, food trucks, beer gardens, community market with local makers and Scottish Clan booths, and a family Ceilidh.
From 9 am to 4 pm both days, attendees can enjoy a jam-packed schedule celebrating Celtic heritage.
Both days you’ll also find over 90 vendors in the Celtic marketplace offering a diverse range of goods, while strolling entertainers amuse the family, food trucks, and beer gardens ensure there’s something for everyone.
