Events Description

Join us for an unique intercultural tea series that explores the deeply-rooted traditions of Indigenous and Chinese tea practices. Led by Métis herbalist Emma Snow and Chinese tea researcher Junhong Ma, each workshop invites you to sip thoughtfully, share stories, and discover how tea connects generations, cultures, and well-being.

Explore teas that support women’s health through all life stages — from hormone balance to menstrual and menopausal support — rooted in Indigenous remedies and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
