About TELUS World of Science – Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

TELUS World of Science – Edmonton (TWOSE) is a giant laboratory where you can come face-to-face with small sea creatures, learn to program a robot and explore the limits of outer space!

Four dynamic and engaging permanent exhibit galleries are designed to educate, engage and entertain. International exhibitions often take residence inside the Feature Gallery. Feature exhibition currently showing: The International Exhibition of Sherlock Holmes. Past exhibitions include: STAR WARS: Identities, Harry Potter, Body Worlds and Beyond Rubik’s Cube.

Get hands-on with interactive exhibits inside each of TWOSE’s themed, permanent galleries, where guests will participate in activities and experiments. Guests can also enjoy live science demonstrations on the Science Stage and become acquainted with TWOSE’s critters (like our sugar gliders, corn snake, guinea pig, and variety of lizards and underwater sea creatures).

TWOSE is also home to a state-of-the-art IMAX Theatre, featuring Alberta’s largest screen, a new IMAX Laser 4K Projector, 12-channel surround-sound and luxury seating. With an extensive library of educational IMAX films, as well as a revolving roster of Hollywood films, there is always a unique IMAX Experience showing on the giant screen. Visit twose.ca/showtimes to find out what films are now showing.

Guests can also embark on a journey across the Universe with immersive full dome shows in the Margaret Zeidler Star Theatre Planetarium. Or, explore the night sky within city limits and with your own eyes. Located in Coronation Park, just southeast of TWOSE, access to TWOSE’s Observatory is convenient and admission is free.

We’ll even host your Birthday Party, with a variety of different packages available.
