As a commitment to its continued support of mental health and suicide prevention, CF Lime Ridge is proud to host Running for Rachael’s virtual run/walk event on Sunday, September 27, 2020.
Running for Rachael is the annual event for the Suicide Prevention Community Council of Hamilton (SPCCH), a Hamilton-based charitable organization with city-wide programs focused on suicide prevention that build hope, help and healing in our community. Last year’s event funded a range of initiatives, including the Brief Intervention and Contact Pilot Program at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton for individuals in need of support. Valuable crisis and mental health information is delivered through various training and education programs.
Register as individuals or with a team on www.runningforrachael.com, and share photos of your run/walk using the hashtag #RunningforRachaelVirtual2020. A launch video will be available on the day of the event.
