Events Description
Join us for three nights of FREE Public Readings as we develop new Canadian stories September 17 to 19, 2026.
Thursday September 17 at 7:30pm “Now The Bells Ring” A Docu-Concert by Lindsay Kyte. Music by Rita MacNeil.
Friday September 18 7:30pm “Martha Rules”(working title) by John Spurway.
Saturday September 19 7:30pm “Hen Party!” by Jody Stevens.
Once again, we will present new Canadian plays, and our patrons will have the chance to be part of the creative process and hear brand new scripts from some wonderful playwrights.
Following a single day of rehearsal, the plays will be presented as public readings followed by question/answer sessions with the playwrights and invited audience feedback, hosted by Artistic Director Liz Gilroy.
