Events Description

The Shediac Mascarade is a three-day costumed festival set in nineteenth-century Shediac, between 1811 and 1865, on the Neptune Drive-In grounds and Parlee Beach in Shediac, New Brunswick. Every guest draws a card at the gate and makes a debut; by Sunday evening, one of them will have solved a murder. The weekend brings a Masked Ball with live period music on Saturday night, a grand promenade, an artisan market, parlour games, and dance lessons, and a Friday evening at Parlee Beach is included in every ticket. Come dressed for 1811, or 1865, or anywhere in between.
