Events Description

The Friends of Point Pelee and Point Pelee National Park welcome “birders” each spring to experience the avian migration phenomenon from Canada’s southernmost mainland.

Forty-two of the 52 regularly occurring North American warblers have been spotted at Point Pelee. These colourful songbirds are in full breeding plumage and fill the woods with song. The festival features birding hikes, lunch & learn sessions, the 100 Species Challenge and a wide range of services for expert and novice birders alike.
